RULES FOR THE USE OF THE STANCHFIELD TOWNHALL
Users must sweep and or generally clean up after use.
Tables and chairs must be arranged as found
No furniture is to be removed from the building. (chairs and tables must stay inside the township hall)
User’s garbage must be removed. The township will not be responsible for refuse. (we don’t have garbage pickup at the town hall)
If the kitchen or bathrooms are used, they must be cleaned.
- A maximum of 45 people may use the building at any one time.
- Any alterations or decorations must be pre-approved by the maintenance overseer.
- No drugs, alcohol, or smoking on the premises.
- No pets.
