Following are our Road Ordinance and Engineering Standards. Also is the application for Platted Roads and Driveway Permit.
If you are creating a Plat in Stanchfield Township, contact the Clerk for information on what is needed. If your plat does not contain any new roads, you do not need to go through Stanchfield Township Planning Commission but will need to attend our Regular Board Meeting held the first Thursday of the Month. You will need to bring 4 copies of your Preliminary Plat with an idea of where you are placing the driveways on the lots.

If you are creating a Plat in Stanchfield Township that will have new roads, you will need to fill our the “Application for Platted Road” and have it completed before we will set up a Planning Commission Meeting. Please contact the Clerk so you can work with the township prior completion of the application.
